Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think it's better than most of the Bliss eps, but "Tying Up Gordon" is better.

you can call me bob.

Why are the Farscape Season 1 DVDs in a funky order? Eps 1 & 7 on disc 1 - Eps 2 & 4 on disc 2? Is that how they should be seen or some other strange logic?

I've never seen more than two or three episodes so I thought I'd set'em up on my netflix queue...but I don't want to get all out of order if i can help it.

And, has anyone ever noticed that "queue" is spelled rather strangely?

Watch them in the order they come in the disk, Juli. It's, um, it's a complicated think having to do with the production order, but it shouldn't interfere with your enjoyment. There's not much in the way of long-term arc being set up at that point anyway.

The one place to be cautious is near the end of season 2, where they put the finale before the three-parter which precedes it. t rolls eyes

Thanks! It was kinda freakin' me out. I almost did something rash - like buy them - so I wouldn't have to deal with only three out at a time from Netflix. (Rash only because the television 'problem*' has been trumped by the shoe 'problem*' recently.)

The only good thing I can see about never having watched Farscape is it will give me something to live for - since my shows have all died I've been at loose ends. I started the Firefly DVDs again this weekend but I had to stop 'cause it just made me angry.

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

It would be really fun to have Billy Boyd on my tv regularly

What about Billy Barty?

juli, my sister in coming late to Farscape (and for very similar reasons). I'm just finishing up season 4, if the last two DVDs ever go off of "very long wait" in my queue (and, yuh-huh, funny spelling). It is such a great ride, especially S3 and S3 for me. Have fun!

ETA: And plus, at the end, we have the mini-series to look forward to.

Art Crawl!!!

You know, Scifi wire shouldn't use the headline Let Smallville's Luthor Kiss unless they finish the sentence with "Clark".

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Heh. I was at a bridal shower over the weekend, and one of the games was the "famous couple" game, where we all got a sheet of paper with a list of one member of an allegedly famous couple, and we had to fill in the other person (like "Daffy Duck and ______", etc.)

One of the pairs was "Clark Kent and _______." It took everything I had in me to not write "Lex Luthor."

All is well that ends in pizza.

Ignoring the hoyay for the moment, I wonder if "Lana Lang" would have been acceptable...
