Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm having trouble seeing Hot Doctor Luka as Sydney's dad.

I don't think you're supposed to, 'Suela. We met her dad in the last movie, and he's Kasuf.

Goran's the other chick's father.

Aha! Thanks for the clarification. This is what I get for (a) not reading carefully and (b) avoiding Ben Affleck movies.

... Actually, I'm not gonna apologize for (b). Although I liked Dogma.

Dogma was a Kevin Smith movie that Ben happened to star in, so you're safe on that point. It's a good plan to flee anything with his name over the title as if it were a bomb. Oh, wait...

I look more rad than Lutheranism

how much would I love to see a Buffy v. Scorpius smackdown? Very much. I'd put money on Buffy.

I'd rather see S2 Spike v. Scorpy. They can stand around in their black leather and posture at each other, and then they can get their fight on.

Hell, why not Camden Toy's Gentleman from "Hush"? They could do a Harpo Marx/Lucille Ball mirror act with each other.

an overblown libretto and a sumptuous score/ could never contain the contradictions I adore

Hee. Scorpius and the Master! Not the Dr. Who one, the Buffy one. He'd be all maniacal "I shall crush the world with my mighty armies! Rivers of blood! Mwa ha ha!"

And Scorpy would watch him and think, quietly, to himself, "I'll have to have him killed. Oh, well."

All is well that ends in pizza.

I'd rather have Harvey than Scorpy. He's a bit more wacked.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

McKay was in 48 Hours in season 5 and Redemption I & II in season 6 (according to IMDB, for I am too lazy to search any other way at the moment).

He called Sam a dumb blonde. We ain't friends. I'm going to try to forget that for the purposes of Atlantis, though, because I think he's likely to be entertaining.

I have no idea why they switched Weirs, actually. I liked Steen in the role last year.

Maybe she wasn't looking for a Vancouver regular gig.

Dunno.

I can't believe nobody has an answer to this. Of course, I'm too lazy to go poke around on Gateworld for it. But then Gateworld is chock full o' spoilers, so.

Man, this board has ruined me for spoiler protection. Gateworld is all, la la la here's the entire plotline for the first six episodes, and here's all the pictures on the front page! Yoiks.
