Was this over the sacrifice Zhaan made for her? Kinda pissing on the memory of one's saintly love interest to resent the person she loved enough to give up everything for.

Actually, I never felt Stark hated Aeryn. He became weirdly obsessed with her at one point, I think in part because of Zhaan's sacrifice. But the Aeryn-princess bit in JQ was, well, strange. I blame John's brain.
