Pete without a shirt? Surprisingly nice torso.

It was the first time he has looked older than 13 to me. Great biceps. Then he put the shirt on and I stopped caring again...

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I had the same thought, Kat.

And I do like the spin of the last line. I had been wondering how they'd take Lex evil. Making him Clark's putative enemy first is more interesting.

Depending on execution, natch.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

So true, tina. I thought, "Wow! Pete has a good body." Oh look. He covered it. Huh.

And the last scene I missed what Lex was saying cause I kept shouting, "KISS HIM! KISS HIM!"

What was the last line, ita?

"Maybe Siggeeth is the hero."

I was too! And I missed the whole last bit as well and had to rewind. I looved the ending - but as ita said - it's all about the execution.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

And I do like the spin of the last line. I had been wondering how they'd take Lex evil. Making him Clark's putative enemy first is more interesting.

Oh yeah. That was great. And, well, you could tell from the way he hounded Clark about his "term paper" that he's finally realized his best friend is a lying son-of-a-bitch, so I don't think we're too far off from the Rift.

Art Crawl!!!

I loved the last sentence. . . you know they've had two good episodes in a row and they've given us the hope that Lana is leaving town. Is the world ending?

All is well that ends in pizza.

Dunno if it's the proper spelling, but the captioning spelled the name "Ziget."

This heart ain't gonna cut itself out

Great ending that leads into a wonderful idea. Lex as the bad guy who believes he is the protagonist of the story is where I was hoping that they'd go with Lex. It's still all about the execution, though.

Can Lana be the girl who goes to Paris...and stays there?
