the one in Teal'c? I think that was just Jack acting up.
I am so taken with this idea, I can't tell you. Because it's not like anyone had ever written Teal'c's name in English script before he came to Earth, right?
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Exactly. Goa'uld script is all made-up-language corners and stuff. It comes from Jack saying, "With an apostrophe". I see no other reason for it.
That would be so Jack.
I, apparently, am Frank. (Although, I bet he hasn't had trouble getting the PK Tech Girl DVD, like I have. Makes understanding some of the plot points more fill-in-the blank than I think they're supposed to be.)
If this is referring to something I said, I'm not sure what it is. But, as far as getting DVDs goes, it helps if you're willing to shell out for the season 1 comlete set sight unseen (after seeing 2 of two and most of 3 when you did so, I should mention).
Jack peered over the lieutenant's shoulder. "No, no, it's with an apostrophe."
She looked at him with blatant disbelief. "Where?"
He thought a moment, then jabbed his finger in the middle of the name. "There."
Snerk, SA.
So I just watched 1969. Highly entertaining, so long as you don't think about it too hard. Heh.
And Teal'c! With hair! And Jack's hat! And Carter's glasses! Love the glasses.
And the clothes. I love the clothes. And Daniel's accent.
Yes, for God's sake don't think about 1969. That way lies madness. But how adorable are they? "Okay, we're stuck in 1969. ...who wants to play dress-up?" And Jack, King of the Straightforward Plans. ("There's a gate in Antarctica.")
No, Frank. I was about to come on and post about having just seen the same episodes. I've been getting them through NEtFlix, but had issues with receiving a particular DVD from the series (The one with PK Tech Girl on it). My bad on the unclear.

I think I remember that one being hard to get, too. They must have fewer copies of it than the others for some reason.
