Depends on which character you ask and how lazy they're feeling that day. Technically "go-ah-ooold", often just "gooold".
Occasionally an actor shoots for "go-ah-oold" and hits something like "goo-awld," or trips over their tongue, which is highly entertaining. Poor guest stars.

Heh. I like the variable pronunciations. It's the sort of thing that happens in real life, since different people have different abilities to hear and reproduce the nuances of another language.

I do have to admit, I like it that Jack generally doesn't bother with the correction pronunciation. He seems to mostly say Go-oold, sometimes even goold.

Kinsey always says "goold". Funny thing, of course -- the apostrophe in goa'uld makes sense to me, but the one in Teal'c? I think that was just Jack acting up.
