You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Hmm. OK, so the fiery balls of destruction was a bit Deus ex Machina, but you expect things like that in the season finale. I didn't know what was going to happen from one moment to next, which I loved. (I'm totally recanting my defeatist "Gah, I may just fold and go over to the spoiler side" statement from yesterday, btw.)

I loved that Walter the chevron guy was in the thick of the action in Prometheus. Aw.

Daniel got a bit shafted, I must say. He was the Walking Translation Guy for most of the episode. I kept waiting for him to have a quiet moment with Jack as Sam and Teal'c had, and was disappointed when there wasn't one. Plus, the shippiness was getting a bit too anvilly for my taste near the end there. Ah well. Minor grumblings though.

Good episode. Nice cliffhanger, too, although obviously Jack's gonna be defrosted come summer with his brains back.

That rocked. Jack and Teal'c was beautiful. Gen. Hammond heading up the cavalry - excellent. "That was SG-1," -- cheesy? Hell, yeah, and I loved it. Willima Devane ... "Too much?" Heh.

I'm a happy camper, because that was just fun.

Aww. They're just saving it for the S8 premier. Except it'll be all "glad you're alive." Oooh, maybe there could be hugging of some kind. IJS.

See, that bothered me. When did he learn how to fly Prometheus?

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Well, one lives in hope. (I'm pretty sure that scene where Daniel talks about having been willing to take the download was supposed to be his one-on-one scene with Jack, since the PTB said more than once that yes, everyone got their Very Own Special Scene with the guy. It was just... er, underwhelming. Jack's a generous guy with people he cares about; his grumpiness there made me sad.)

"I've got enough on you to have you shot. But I'll go with my first instinct: Shut the hell up."

Hee. That was totally my favorite line of the episode.

Geez, yeah. So much so that I didn't notice.

My only real eye roll (because I give this show a lot of latitude) was with (are we whitefonting? probably not, but what the hell...) Radon (or whatever), because he practically screamed "I'm a traitor!" from the second he walked onscreen. But, whatever, it gave Bratac (sp?) the chance for a whippersnapper whuppin'.

Oh, that reminds me ... loved the expression and smile on Bratac's face when he saw the flying, orange weapony things.

I thought so too, but I'm a little bit biased.

This is what I figured, when I thought about it. Not quite the same level as the "we don't need to express our feelings out loud" thing the other two got. But, so long as Daniel's not dead, I'm still pretty happy.
