And it was short lived. Oh well. Peggy is still a massive bitch.
Boxed Set, Vol. 1: Smallville, Due South, Farscape
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
SG1 (maybe) question: I'm remembering an episode of a sci fi show where a paranoid conspiracy type stumbles onto the show's secret. Panicking and handwaving ensue, and the secret is preserved (kinda like Sight Unseen) but the ep ends with the paranoiac on a TV show trying to be heard, since they didn't buy the cover story. He seems pathetic.
Was it an SG1 episode? Does anyone remember it at all?
Sounds like the Farscape episode Kansas, ita, with the sheriff's deputy.
No, she's right there is one. I'll go check Gateworld. Back soon.
There's the one where the guy is paranoid about alien conspiracies because he is an alien, but his memory had been wiped. It was the set-up episode for the hundredth episode. The names of both of these escape me. The second was Wormhole X-Treme, maybe. He didn't end up on tv, but he did make a tv show.
No, not that one, unless he ends up on a talk show, which I don't recall.
I'd assumed it was a Stargate episode, but it seemed a little harsh for the show -- Farscape would work, though.
Hmmm... I do seem to recall the sheriff guy trying to convince people about aliens using carved vegetable visual aids on a talk show. Ring any bells?
There was one in Season 4 called Point of No Return that the short summary is about a conspiracy theorist.
Checked the Gateworld again. Season 5's Wormhole Xtreme is about the same character.
Sad about PH, KB. She used to be so reasonable, if uptight, and possessed of Spanish that could make the baby Jesus cry.

That's Farscape. Rygel carved a pumpkin that looked like Scorpius, and the Sheriff used it as evidence.
