I do think regardless of whether it was Lex's fault, Lionel let Lex blame himself, and probably subtly encouraged it.
Oh, absolutely.
I like that Lex is going mad and is hating Clark. It's sad the way Titanic is.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much anything else that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Oh, come on, Titanic killed Leonardo diCaprio. For that alone, you have to smile.
Titanic was a comedy with a sad subplot about a beautiful boat.
But Frozen Leo? Fucking priceless. I laughed until I hurt.
X-posty mcpost!
I like Leo.
"Titanic" got Kate Winslet naked...though actually most movies manage to do that.
I don't want to see Lex being evil entirely as a result of going crazy - I preferred the grayer, Hamletty aspect. He's paranoid, but with good reason. He is loved by his father, but also feared enough that his father's willing to do anything short of killing him.

Goodness no. Sometimes it's crazy, sometimes it's justifyable paranoia. And his hatred of Superman is born out of love betrayed... sighhh
I'm worried that they'll do a whole, "Oh, the evil that Lex does isn't his fault, it's because his oboe lost its reed." I'd rather have it seem logical due to his circumstances, that he's doing what seems right at the moment, and each individual decision can be sympathized with - it's just the ultimate effect tends to be evil.
So, didn't get to watch "Smallville" but I did see the last 10 minutes of "The O.C." -- now I really can't wait to see the rest of it tonight!
I don't want a crazy Lex.
