I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Was Jolinar the one that Martouf was involved with, and blah blah infatuation with Sam etc?

Because if so, that is...interesting.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ayup.

Huh. Kinky.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Sam's big into the vaguely weird, usually-alien, sort-of-stalkery types. I mean, they're nice boys, just... odd and stalkery.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Jolinar was the one with Martouf, and Sam got Jolinar from a male host.

Also? Osirus was formerly in a male host.

The slug that Sam's dad has was in a female host when he took posession.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Poor Sam. So, Dana, we finally got you?

And what is it with the Daniel weirdness? It stands out particularly in contrast to RDA, who pretty much only ever gets dirty, that over and over again MS is doing the blotchy crying face, or the strung-out junkie face with the rolling eyes, or the... I can't think of my other examples. Did he have a dying-of-withdrawal face in the Light, too?

I think he just laid around in The Light, mostly. Though, ooh, he did get to cry while about to leap off the balcony, but he didn't really pull out the histrionic face for that one.

Daniel is the Designated Whumpee, pretty much. As characters in his role tend to be. (Though RDA did give good pain-face in Solitudes.)

Uh, who me? These are not the droids you're looking for.

I can't even remember Solitudes, but the idea of RDA's pain face breaks me.

It's why I love Cold Lazarus so.
