Tina, there's a BREAK???!?
I'm not going to deal well.
I know. I know. I need to stop re-watching eps so I can save it for then.
OC spoils for Episode 111 and Episode 112 are now posted at LJ.
The world wants me to be spoiled for the O.C.
I will resist. For now.
It's so cute the way Jack will hug and rock people.
It's entertaining, now that the Monday reruns have looped back around, to see these early eps and think, "Yeah, I can see how the slashers picked right up on this..."
They sure do like to whomp on Daniel, don't they?

He's just so
sentimental.
Running around and saving people all the time.
"Yeah, I can see how the slashers picked right up on this..."
For a gruff military man, he's nicely emotionally available. I love when he hugs Sam best, but I'm pretty easy.
Well, next week we see an adult Wyatt.
Does Holtz take him to Quortoth?

Also, it seems that Tivo does not prevent said gorging, and may encourage it.
Well, yes. But it also frees you from the schedule, so it makes it more convenient. If that makes sense.
I am... feeling no desire to watch OC. Which is just as well and I'm not going to try to attach myself to it because God knows I have enough TV in my life...
I'm Katie M. Or Katie M is me. However that works.
I've been gorging on Stargate for the past several weeks (cable now). And I realize I have almost no concept of which episodes fit where in the order of events that make for continuity. It's weird. And sort of fun. For instance, I just saw the ep where Sam gets en-symbioted by Jolinar (no idea about spelling), something they refer to so often, but that I've never seen. Love cable. Too much.
Jen, sounds like you're in the situation I'm in, watching the Monday reruns. We worked up to the end of season 6, I think, and then restarted. So it is kind of fun, seeing them meet the Asgard and the Tollan and the Tok'ra for the first time, seeing Sam get possessed by Jolinar (who I always thought was female, for some reason), seeing Linea's first appearance, etc.
seeing Sam get possessed by Jolinar (who I always thought was female, for some reason),
Wait, he/she's not? I always assumed Jolinar was male, and I remember being taken aback to find out that I was wrong. But I'm like Jen - my SG watching has been so jumbled that I could have misinterpreted something.
They have the Tok'ra say later that Jolinar normally took female hosts, so I'd guess they do end up calling her "she."
Jolinar was "female" in the sense that her mate seemed to refer to the symbiote in those terms.
However they leave the concepts very ambigious and never say for certain that the slugs have any specific sexual orientation, despite being in hosts that often do.
