I need to start watching the O.C.
The first-world problem is as follows: our VCR is part of a small TV/VCR combo, which we keep in a closet since we got the larger TV and DVD player. This means that taping anything, or watching anything on tape, involves dragging it out of the closet, setting up the antenna, and programming the VCR -- and then only being able to see it on a small screen that doesn't get great reception anyhow. Therefore, in practice I haven't taped anything since Chosen.
I should just buy a new VCR except Patrick doesn't get the need because he does not find the whole closet-tiny TV thing unduly cumbersome (He also does not actually watch TV), and therefore I am reluctant to bring it up.
Which means, I'm waiting for Angel to go into reruns so I can watch the OC instead. Hey, it's how I keep up with Charmed....
There will be no OC reruns or breaks this season, LJ, so you're guaranteed something to watch in that spot when Angel is off.

I need to label my O.C. tapes. Which means I need ep names. Guess I have to go over to the O.C. page on Fox and look at the scary cast drawings.
I swear I do more than watch TV - sometimes I watch DVDs! Last night for instance I watched Two Towers regular edition documentaries so I can go sell my DVD of it today when I buy the extended.

The Simpsons is up against the first half of Charmed. So I usually get to see the last half anyhow, which is enough to get my Rose McGowan fix and boggle at whatever monstrosity Alyssa Milano is wearing. Oh, and understand the plots along the way.

According to TV Tome's ep list (which might not be accurate) - there will be a break from Dec. 17 to Jan. 21. And after that there will be 11 more episodes if the 27 eps this season thing is correct.
Also - the ep guide is brimming with spoilers. Gahhh - do I look? I'm already so spoiled for Angel this season - maybe I should have one show with no spoiledness. But I want to look....

Dude, you can get a cheapo VCR for like, $40, now! Go for it! Or, alternately, ask for one for christmas! Better yet, ask for a TiVO!

I am... feeling no desire to watch OC. Which is just as well and I'm not going to try to attach myself to it because God knows I have enough TV in my life...
