This makes me think of her as a better actress. And if the same was true of the guy who plays Ryan on O.C., he'd seem less like Ashton Kutcher on ludes.
Oh, and his exchange with Seth about how many times he's had sex - it made it sound like he was a male prostitute. He was just constantly clueless about what had actually happened, and what would make a date, and if there might be some interim stage between hanging out and sex. Oh, and Marisa's dress, proof that her mother hates her. It looked like a dress made of pieces of several other dresses, like how they show Frankenstein made of bits of multiple corpses.
