Get up...get up, you stupid piece of... What did you do that for? What's wrong with you? Didn't you hear a word he said? All of you! You think there's someone just going to drop money on you?! Money they could use?! Well, there ain't people like that. There's just people like me.

My stupid cat woke me up before 6:00 this morning AND HE DIDN'T NEED ANYTHING.

It must be something in the atmosphere, 'Ouise, because my cat did that to me twice last night. Actually he woke me up to inform me that he had killed his favourite toy. And he doesn't stop meowing, loudly, until I get up and acknowledge his hunting prowess. So I'm a little tired today.

I hope you're feeling better soon.

Thanks for all the fish.

Our cats were freaky, too. Luckily I was already awake. Or not, since it was 3am.

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

My sympathies to others annoyed by middle-of-the-night feline naughtiness (which sounds like way more fun than I, at least, had).

In other animal news, Nora got her second budgie, Dar, yesterday, and the introduction of the budgies went quite well, although Nora missed most of the details since they chose the top of her head as their meeting spot. They are very cute together, although I was nervous for Annie's eyes during some vigorous preening by Dar.

Megan! Whay aren't you at work? There's nobody to bitch with.

I'm on holidays! and you won't be there next week to bitch with me. Poopie!

Newsflash: At break today, G. discovered that her early riser was hot.

Wow! She's a perceptive one. Did she fan it with her hand?

Elena, sorry I didn't make it down there today. Are you working any more days this week?

So did anyone else find that very weirdly paced? It seemed really slow even though a fair bit happened. And some of the shots were weird.

Also, why is dunking Spike's head in water torture. He doesn't breathe, right? Unless it was holy water, then his head would have been burned off. It didn't make any sense.

Thanks for all the fish.

Uh, yeah. I mean, you can leave a vampire underwater for an entire summer and nothing much happens; I hardly think that dunking him would be much of a torture. And what's with Spike coughing and choaking and spitting up water? Hello? Doesn't need to breathe?

Also, SMG kept saying 'okay' in that fucking annoying way of hers.

But I liked Anya and Xander.

And I think that Giles is dead.

And what's up with Principal Wood? That smile when he talked about digging underneath (from beneath you....) to uncover the mystery? And I want Dawn and the new proto-Slayers to DIE DIE DIE.

I think he knows something. But does he know who Buffy is?

And I want Dawn and the new proto-Slayers to DIE DIE DIE.

ITA!

That's what I was thinking too!
