I'm a vision of hotliness, and how weird is that? Mystical comas. You know, if you can stand the horror of a higher power hijacking your mind and body so that it can give birth to itself, I really recommend 'em.

I thought I was going to be the only one excited about the MSCL pilot viewage tonight. I should have known better.

I can't even.

Now I need to figure out when the other eps will be on. Just this night, this timeslot?

ETA: looks like Monday to Thursday at 11pm.

So, was this series influential for the BtVS folks? It sure looked like it.

t /late to the MSCL party

"Being hungover is like winning the lottery, except they pay you in regret!" - T-Rex

heh, I know I'm being too nitpicky, but that Halls commercial has always kinda annoyed me. Just want to go up to the guy and say, "Look, you don't have two jobs. Tropical fruit candy is your job title, and delivering the cool, soothing taste sensation is one of your job duties. It's no more two jobs than if the surgeon were to say, "I'm a surgeon, and I also perform operations on people." Still just the one job, as is the tropical fruit candy job."

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

So, was this series influential for the BtVS folks?

The story is that BtVS was pitched as MSCL meets the X-Files.

I can't even.

No magic in your heart and/or spleen, Edain. Two jobs!

Thanks, Jon.

hip deep in pie

I think John and Megan need to back. Away. From. The. TV!

Missed MSCL last night due to overstressed hubby. Poor DH. =(

Tropical fruit candy is your job title, and delivering the cool, soothing taste sensation is one of your job duties.

Edain, you must be a bureaucrat. =) You do have a point though.

Two Jobs!

I believe vampires are the world's greatest golfers

I missed MSCL, dammit.

I am so glad I have NO IDEA which commercial Megan, JSw & Edain are talking about. The little blue cow is enough annoyance for me to deal with right now. I'm on the edge, people!

Also, Dan claims to have heard from people at work that Caroline Dhavernas is in town making a movie, but couldn't back it up with any details. I may have to call our friend the TV critic and see if he knows what's up.

I can't even.

The little blue cow has me considering a clock tower too, Dani. I'm missing Olympic stuff directly due to my need to change the channel immediately when those come on.

Caroline is in town? It is your duty to stalk. I mean, really.

Just a pilot?

No idea. As I said, Dan only repeated a rumour he'd heard & couldn't provide details. Brad (the TV guy) is pretty plugged in to the local production companies, so he would be able to confirm/deny.

If she's here, there will be stalking fan appreciation.
