this morning... then I realized ranting about the
National Post
is like expecting charisma from Steaphen Harper - a useless exercise.
Strangely enough, we seem destined to have babies just before federal elections. I was reminding Dan yesterday about the photo of the Blue-Eyed Boy with Joe Clark from the last one.
We'll have to corral some leader or other into posing with Nora. Wouldn't want her to be jealous of her big brother later in life.

So, isn't this election campaign boring? I hardly feel like we're having an election in 27 days.
Dude. And with the media trying to drum up the potential minority gov excitement and all? Still, I have interest in the way that is not.
I think the weather chanting went horribly awry here. That shiny orb in the sky is shining brightly... but it is also pouring down rain as I type. It's all very screwy and confusing.
Oops, I had to go take minutes for a meeting unexpectedly, my resulting boredom and frustration must have leaked into the chanting.
Now, however, I go home.
But while many people are more than ready to soak up the sun, meteorologists predict cooler than normal temperatures through to August.
Looks like everything's coming up Mecha. Ah, the sun. My old arch nemesis...
Mecha, can't you keep those battles with the sun private? Why do we all have to suffer?
Dude this election is very boring. I'm not even seeing a lot of signs.
I saw on the news last night that the Marijuana party is running candidates in 100 ridings. Their official slogan is "Let's Roll". I think they should add a "Dude" to the beginning of that.
Megan! The Attorney General (ours) just walked past my office. I'm all "what the fOh, hello, Michaeluck is he doing down here? Do I need to panic?"
Ahh, government.
Hey Abby! I meant to say earlier, if I was going to be in Vancouver for longer than 56 hours I would have asked if we could get together. But - not there for long, and several compulsory things are already filling up our weekend.

And, as an update on the weather ... Fan-Frickin'-Gorgeous! 'Tis a beautiful day today, and I think it's planning on sticking around.
