'Objects In Space'

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

Thanks for all the fish.

Oh, dear, I'm feeling smug about my presents as well. It will be very funny, in a Gift of the Magi kind of way, if we all got ourselves the same thing. Or, to be more accurate, if you sold your watches to buy me hair combs and I sold my hair to buy you a watch chain, but you get what I mean.

Megan, this is what happens when people go on steriods. Mood swings. Anger. Humpbacks.

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

I'm pretty darn certain that won't happen, since I made my gifts. As long as you didn't gouge your eyes out to get a gift for me, it'll be fine.

I went to the Due South thread to read the progress of PMM opening the secret santa present Nora and I sent her - so amusing! I loved that she brought up the Sports Night mpreg herself right before finding it! Hee hee.

My friend Joanne arrived back today from Tennessee, which has far too many repeated letters in it. Honestly, just look at it! She says that styrofoam take-out containers there have American flags on them. Their ways are not our earth ways.

Is she really? Excellent! Has she shown anyone Nora's story? It's stunningly bad - I'm so proud of her.

Thanks for all the fish.

Stunningly bad? Hmmm... She hasn't, but I'll get her to post it if you think Nora won't mind.

Thanks for all the fish.

(Note: I have read it at least three times daily since opening it.)

Plei is talking about the mpreg story. She's going to link to it so I can have a look.

hip deep in pie

I'm psyched to see you all tomorrow. I feel like we haven't gotten together in an age. I will be bearing pressies, which I hope y'all will like.

Also, I won a $50 gift certiifcate to a theatre in Glace Bay today! Isn't that useful? I haven't been in Glace Bay in about 10 years. I guess my folks will get that.

Also, my cat's a star: [link]

Sue, I'd love to look at Clio, but the site crashed my stupid fucking work computer.

I'm very excited to see everyone!!!!

Aren't you going to be in CB for Christmas? Go so tons of movies.

ELena, it was crashing my friend's computer at work. Are you using Netscape 4.X by any chance? I think that the site was designed in FRont Page, which doesn't like Netscape at all.

Thanks for all the fish.

Yeah, 4.72, I think.... It's just a suckass computer.

Raining now. Snowing heavily when I came in to work. Had to cab it half way. Stupid buses.
