Actually, I was thinking it would be sort of like a pet. You know, we could...we could name her Trixie, or Miss Kitty Fantastico, or something.

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

I believe vampires are the world's greatest golfers

Heh. They really got in the Ottawa goalies' headspace, didn't they?

Thank gawd the Leafs won or my spouse would be unlivable-with right now.

I can't even.

I'd be pretty bleak, but the best thing is that I'm going to Ottawa this weekend and there will a significant amount of abuse dished. I used to feel a certain amount of affection and goodwill towards their team (hey, Ontario expansion team!), but the obnoxious inferiority complexity behaviour of their supporters the last five years has erased that feeling. It's payback time. Oh yeah, again.

Swouncing

Taking a peek in a thread I don't know in order to post that, according to the Buffista Calendar today is Elena's birthday, and to wish the lovely Elena a great day and a fabulous year. Happy Birthday!

... and that's a Pantera's box you don't want to open. - Mister Furious

It is? Thanks. I very seriously wouldna' known. Swing by more often. We're not always talking Hockey. Sometimes we talk about bacon.

Speaking of Hockey: I just realized that I really want the habs to go all the way this year. Just so I can work through the ensuing riot with Le Baton Pour Sortir Les Intrus openly displayed on the counter.

Saw Nilly's post in Natter, so I figured this might be the best place for ...

Happy Birthday, Elena.

So much so that they had to pull him after one period.

DH has so excited by the win that he didn't come to bed until 4:30. Silly DH.

Happy birthday to Elena!

Happy Birthday Elena!

Did you hear my yell when the third one went in?

I might have John, if you yelled loud enough to drown out DH's screaming and dancing.

Okay, now that's just crazy talk.

Just so I can work through the ensuing riot with Le Baton Pour Sortir Les Intrus openly displayed on the counter

This sounds like a good time, I concede.

DH has so excited by the win that he didn't come to bed until 4:30. Silly DH.

I went to bed at 1, but I was chatting with ND on icq. The car horns were still downtown honking a gentle serenade as I drifted off to sleep. A bit of an over-reaction to a first round win over mediocre opposition, but hey. Always nice to help the Senators to the golf course, their natural habitat.

I might have John, if you yelled loud enough to drown out DH's screaming and dancing.

It doesn't sound like I did, but it is nice to hear about the enthusiasm for the old blue and white (see: car horns, above.)
