Murk: But you're a God! The Sacred Glorificus! Glory: I'm a God in exile. Far from the Hellfires of Home and sharing my body with an enemy that stabs my boys in their fleshy little stomachs!

'Dirty Girls'

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

I'm made of felt and my....hey, who's hand is that?

Crabtown - I have lived that moment in the modelling word. And by modelling, I mean plastic.

Thanks for all the fish.

It's a good thing, the model trains. How else would they have gotten the idea for the big ones?

She had a small role, but was hillarious - even the physical acting with her face - brilliant.

Would you believe I'm still unpacking?

Thanks for all the fish.

You really should be asleep.. I sure wish I was.

(And I loved her 'humming'.)

Okay, I'm going to do some work now. Maybe eat some cereal. Catch you later.

Megan, Do you use the place at the Square for your alterations? Are they okay? I bought a pair of pants yesterday that are about six inches too long and are cuffed. I could do them myself, but it may be months before I get around to doing it...

Sue, sorry I didn't answer this earlier. I feel asleep on the big blue chair and then stumbled up to bed when B suggested it might be more comfortable.

Yes, I do use that place. They are ok though I had to take 1 pair back to be hemmed again because they were still too long. She charges $11 for hemming, which seems a lot to me, but I haven't done any comparisons.

Was woken up this morning by the birds. Much preferable to whoopers.

Yay Birds.

I don't know if that's a lot for alterations either. It sounds about right.

Sue - Regarding alterations at the Square - I found her a little expensive, but fairly good. There's a place in Park Lane too, that I think we used successfully a couple years ago, and IIRC, it was less expensive.

A friend of mine, who I haven't heard from in seven years, called me out of the blue last week. She says I was in her dream, and it prompted her to call. Last night I dreamt about my friend Kevin from BC, so I totally feel like calling him. Unfortunately there's ten K. Kerr's in Canada 411. Should I try them all?

Oh my. My sister and BIL know guy with that name in BC.

I just crawled under our deck to check out our oil tank. Such fun!
