Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

I may be able to find a cheap mattress for the spare room there.

Thanks for all the fish.

I liked the red dreamfibre couch and chair and Sears, Megan. I think you should get it.

I liked Angel - specifically I liked Wes, and I like Illyria. She's very un-Fredlike. I think that AA is doing a great job.

Overall, though, I miss Lilah.

Also - I got to see Megan's house, and the red room is lovely.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I want a cool swoopy couch in red microfibre. And a chaise lounge in a coordinating pattern, and a big tufted ottoman. La-Z-Boy is expensive, though.

I'd go with borrowing someone's pickup and heading for the outlet place.

Looks like that's going to be our choice. We went to the Sears Clearance centre after work today and I think we'll get a mattress there for the Red roooom. Red rooooom!

Elena, are you all relaxed and happy after your holidays?

Thanks for all the fish.

I am, in fact. I was telling Rafmun that there was something on the ship that you need in your new house.

There were these beds - all curved to fit the contour of your back - covered with ceramic tile that was heated. You would lie there and the heat would just sink into your body. So nice.

Yes, Elena, how was your cruise? Iwill have to loan you the hilarious essay about cruises now that you're back...

Oooo... sounds wonderful.

Sue! Did you walkman pass the test?

Thanks for all the fish.

The cruise was fantastic - cruises are amazing. There was some rough weather, lots of rocking, but none of us got sick. That was my big worry about Mom (I even dreamed about it). But both the parents loved it so much that they are planning their next cruise!

Off to a rocky start this morning. Slept in until just after 8. Got up and was happily brushing my teeth when I remembered that I was supposed to go for my allergy shot today. So I wet my bangs, threw on some clothes and drove to Drs office. Waited 20 minutes. When done, drove to work to pick up boxes. Was asked work questions. Went outside and my car was boxed in by two trucks. Crawled in through passenger side and drove home.
