Buffy: Where are the burgers? Riley: Yeah man, I'm starving. Cow me. Xander: I'd love to make with the moo but the fire's not cooperating.

'Lessons'

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

I'm made of felt and my....hey, who's hand is that?

An awful idea! A wonderful, awful idea!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

But if they see the couches at your house (shortly after theirs were stolen) you can plead remarkable coincidence and produce forged documents.

Lenny and George, however, would rat you out.

No self-respecting cat would ever 'rat out'. ;)

I was thinking that it might involve a literal rat.

Careful now, puns have a bad history around here. The spread like the plague.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Jordan's in New Minas (is that right?) delivers all over Nova Scotia for free. They sell LaZboy, which has some really nice stuff right now, also other lines.

I believe vampires are the world's greatest golfers

Didn't get to watch Angel on tape until last night.

I agree with everyone that AA was great, the movement was so unFredlike. And I could watch angsty, dangerous Wes all day. (Mmm, Wes.) But it all felt a bit anticlimactic - first the way they built up Illyria as an enemy only to have her give up when unsupported by an army (what self-respecting Old One would let a little thing like that stop her?), and then Wes' sudden about-face to helping her. What. Ever.

I got your email and I am interested on getting together to contribute to B.org in one money order.

Sue & Ouise, can I get in on this as well? I'd love to contribute. Shoot me an email & let me know where to send the cheque.

Thanks for the suggestion Deena. If we don't find anything suitable soon, we may have to start expanding our search to outside the city. We went to the La-Z-boy Gallery last night and everything we liked was too expensive, or would take 8 weeks to be delivered. Maybe things will be less expensive in the smaller stores outside the city.
