Anyway, with all this boasting, how can I not do anything but lose every game?

Good night, Elena...it's time to stop procrastinating and go to sleep.

Thanks for all the fish.

Yes, it's far too late for you to still be up. Sleep well.

Your cat scan is Tuesday, right? And the ENT appointment on Thursday.

CT scan this morning, ENT Wednesday afternoon. =)

You both read that B and I *just* learned how to play cribbage, right? We certainly won't be kicking any asses or betting any money!

Well, that's not entirely fair. My sister and i used to play and every hand we would count "15-2, 15-4, 15-6, and a pair is 8". We had a lot of ties.

Better run... I have to get over to Dartmouth to see if there's anything in my head.

Had the CT. It only took 5 minutes. Much quicker than I expected.

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Wow, that's not that bad! I hope that they're similarly speedy with getting you the results. (I originally wrote "equally speedy" but decided that was asking a bit much.)

I have never ever played cribbage. Also I try to avoid competitive games because I find bloodlust leaves a nasty aftertaste. I'm sure I'd enjoy being a tournament spectator, though.

I'm free every evening except Fridays and early Thursdays.

I am at school. Bleah. Me no see Buffy until I get home. If the VCR works.

I asked the cats to make sure it tapes, but they were uncooperative. Those selfish bastards! I don't care that they don't have opposable thumbs. They could hit record with their noses.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

They do. But then they hide the tapes.

Like I said, bastards!

Thanks for all the fish.

Brian is training the cats to open tins and flip pages. He figures given enough time he can force opposible thumb evolution.

Megan, was the scan uncomfortable for you? It leaves Brian with a stiff neck. His results were in today; abnormal. Which is what you would expect from a scan of his head. The doctor is booking him with an ENT.

So, how about that Buffy? It's like they're picking coversations straight off the board. Especially that whole thing about Spike looking better with his shirt off.

I enjoyed the good cop/bad cop with Anya and Xander. I would like to know where the hell Giles is.

What's the deal with the principal? Hmm?

First Evil. Huh.
