He should be Oklahoma in the 1930s.
Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness
[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!
And, I'm sorry, but how cheesy was the plug for Aimee Mann's CD at the end of the episode..
Yeah. I wonder if her record company is part of Fox's media empire, or Paramount's.
Hmmmm. Apparently, I'm dead.
You are? So is this spectral typing?
It's too funny that the Friendly Giant is the big bad.... Brian pointed that out right away. Kinda ruins the scare factor for me.
AS soon as I heard it I yelled "The Friendly Giant" at brent who was on the phone with a friend. Then Sue called, and yelled "The Friendly Giant!" at Brent. He hasn't seen the episode so he's mightily confused.
At the end of Angel, Brent had to keep all sharp objects away from me to keep me from poking my eyes out. YUCK!!!
Hmm, I wasn't looking at the screen at the end of Angel (I was drawing something) so I didn't see the scene. I suppose my eyes should be thanking me.
The use of "Early One Morning" mostly made me think of an episode of Once a Thief which was parodying the X-Files. It had a rogue agent named Mr. Happy hypnotise the Director (boss spy person) so that she was under his control whenever she heard a bit of the song "Shortnin' Bread'. It's a fun episode, which managed to be both silly and suspenseful, so I don't mind being reminded of it.
Brent just watched Buffy. He doesn't see anyway that Giles can survive that impending death by hatchet. The assailant is way to far into his swing to stop, and Giles probably can't duck in time.
I still think a duck will fly in the room, taking the brunt of the impact for Giles.
Or assassin ninja dude will slip on something and lodge the axe in his own head.
Or assassin ninja dude
I read this as "assassin nude". Aiee!
