On my seventh birthday, I wanted a toy fire truck, and I didn't get it, and you were real nice about it, and then the house next door burnt down, and then real firetrucks came, and for years I thought you set the fire for me. And if you did, you can tell me!

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

Yes, I believe we did say 3:00.

I watched HoG last night and it was boss! *rimshot* I can't believe there are no more new Fireflys. Stupid Fox.

MyFirefly DVD's seem to be stuck in Mississauga! Is that a fate worse than death or what?

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Mississauga? Definitely worse than death. Your DVDs will need much comforting when they arrive.

I'm sure there'll be much stroking and cooing when they arrive.

I can't even.

I'd go rescue 'em for ya, Sue, but I'd need backup before venturing into Mississauga. I don't go there without an extraction team on call.

Does anyone know if any channel in Canadia will be getting the Battlestar Galactica miniseries that the yanks are talking about over in Boxed Set? It sounds grim. I like grim.

Watched the Serenity commentary last night with Joss and Nathan AIwFG! It was kinda tricky finding it, they had it hidden under "language selection". I'm used to seeing commentaries out in the open.

Edited to: avoid confusion over a term that had a trendy meaning I didn't know.

I saw a little interview about Battlestar Gallactica on Space News on Space yesterday. Maybe they will be showing it?

Wheee! I just checked the tracking page for my DVD's and now it says Halifax: "Out for Delivery" Wheee! I hope they don't leave them on the step, like last time.

Where did you order them from Sue?

I can't even.

Good catch, Megan! Here's the scoop:

Amazon. They notified me that they shipped Sunday. So three days is normal, I guess. I'm just not at all patient.
