Brent's 95 year old grandfather died this afternoon so it looks like we're going home for the weekend. Like my grandmother earlier this fall, this was not unexpected. We're surprised that he lasted this long actually.

Call me crazy, but from the ads in The Coast, it looks like Bayers Lake are having more than one showing of the two extended versions of the first two LOTR flims, just not necessarily in the marathon session like on the 17th.

I just checked in the papers and they are showing the extendd version of Fellowship from Dec 5th-11th, and the extended version of TTT from the 12th-15th.
