Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

I can't even.

I got greedy and watched Angel on digital on Wednesday, and was kinda thinking I'd watch the repeat on Space last night (since I don't tape Angel anymore), but I was out. Sorry to hear that Space hosed you folks. I generally think very highly of Space. Did anyone email them to find out why they didn't air the ep?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Sounds mathy, Ouise!

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Take the job, Ouise. Working for Matlab will look good on your resume and, like you say, having Part One of the actuarial examinations under your belt makes you a much better prospect.

Ouise, your description of the job and the boss sound like a nice fit for you. I'm inclined to join the crowd and say Go for it!

My boss has left for the day so no shit will be flying this afternoon. *sigh*

Aw, and you have your "I want you to leave me alone" shirt on. It would have been perfect.

Sue, I had another convo with the dude taking over immigration. He's going to work a deal with SD so that if she lets me go she won't lose the FTE. Likely I won't move over to the other side of the wall until December. Which means more job fair for me, at least for another month.

Not sure if he got a good look at my T-shirt or not.

She'll still be cranky about it, I'm sure. Maybe you should get her some crankypants...

Thanks for all the fish.

Megan, you have to get out of your job. Ideally, you'd get out of the building, too. But at least you'll be in a better place.

I like the slug and the description. We should get a stomy to change it if Sue likes it too.

I'm on the okay-fine bandwagon. Change-ward ho!

Thanks for all the fish.

'Kay. Should I post in Sartre or just wait until Jon magically appears and changes it for us?
