Elena, I wanted to ask you a pharmaceutical question. I'm having pain from my wisdom tooth growing in. I mis-read the ibuprofen bottle and have already taken the six pills (each 200mg) that are the maximum daily dose. (I thought eight were allowed.) The last ones were five hours ago. Can I have some more for bedtime, or do I just suffer through and be smarter tomorrow?

Yes you can have more. Ignore that. The true daily maximum is more like 2400mg, or 12 x 200mg tabs.

Ok, party it is. Pot luck?I was thinking more snack-type foods, rather than a meal. If people wanted to bring something, that would be nice, but I'd provide the basics (pop, chips, vegetable tray with dips, and something more interesting, like stuffed grape leaves or meatballs or sushi. I haven't decided what yet.
