Wow, this is close. They've got the Tories elected or leading in 26 ridings -- they need 27 for a majority government. Currently we've got NDP at 16 and Liberals at 10. They've been changing quite a bit - after all, the polls closed less than an hour ago.

In 1998 there was a liberal minority that resulted in a 1999 election. This might last 2 years, tops.
