You're not crazy! Upset and worried is never crazy - that just means you care.
Here's my trick for handling stress.
1. Take a deep breath lifting arms up to the sides until they are up in the air.
2. Hold the breath for a few seconds.
3. Exhale the full breath while pushing your hands down in front of you and say "Repress".
4. do not say in your head "but not so deep that god can't find it, and judge you."
Works everytime, at least for a while.
