But I understand. You gave up everything you had to find me. And you found me broken. It's hard for you.

Thanks for all the fish.

Oh, that's weird. You don't usually do that on Sundays. Hmmm... We'll have to do it next fortnight, then.

Mecha smash? Did the movie make Mecha angry?

... and that's a Pantera's box you don't want to open. - Mister Furious

No, actually, I quite liked the movie. It inspired me to smash, see?

Next fortnight. It saddens me, but is no less true for that.

Thanks for all the fish.

There will be other breakfasts.

Damn, we're selling HP5 and there are people lined up all over the place. We are selling it for, like, 40% off. Which makes it $32, but they won't let me buy one and by morning we'll be out.

A person's concepts should exceed their vocabulary, or what's a metaphor?

Try Costco tomorrow, the sign said 22.99 IIRC. Plenty of stock. Gets put out on the tables tonight for opening time tomorrow.

Personally, I'm waiting until Monday to see if someone gets it for me for my B-Day. Hopefully there will still be a copy or two left in Halifax.

Thanks for all the fish.

Eh, I'm working nights this weekend. I'll pop by the Shoppers on DVR to see if I can gank a copy or two...

I'm buying one for Trudy and one for a coworker. Myself, I'm waiting for the trade paperback.

Griff, iffin you come to martinis with us on Monday I'll buy you a birthday drink...

Love to show on Monday, but it looks like we're going to Five Islands (other side of the Minas Basin) for fried clams. If we get back into town in time (and I'm not fragged from all the activity), I might try and show. But chances are it won't happen. More's the pity.

Thanks for all the fish.

There will be other days, and more martinis.

I have yet to read HP 4 so I'm in no hurry to buy #5. I should probably read it soon, eh?

Oh, and YAY for new flooring! It must look great! Are your cats perma freaked out?

Ok, must venture to Pilates before the Multicultural festival goers take all the parking.

hip deep in pie

I'm here to report that there are finally local strawberries at the Market. They're just ripe, and they were expensive, but... (takes a bite) ...YUM!

I've decided to wait and get Harry Potter PPBK or find it used. It's not like I don't have a million books waiting to be read...

Thanks for all the fish.

I did manage to buy two copies at the SDM DVR, and they were 25.80 plus tax. Which is better than cost. Like $7 better. So one is packaged up to be mailed to Trudy (stupid post office, closing at 6pm) on Monday and the other is going to my student.

The floor looks wonderful, if I do say so myself, and the cats seem to be settling in. They enjoy lying on the floor, but they enjoy lying in general.
