Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

Swouncing

Swooshing through a thread I don't really know, since according to the Buffista Calendar today is Megan's birthday.

Happy birthday, Megan! May you have a year full of health, great scents and delicious tastes!

Hey, Happy Birthday, Megan!

sad news - I won't be able to come to the Buffy finale party on Monday, although I think Nora will be coming. A friend of mine is coming from Toronto to celebrate her birthday and has grabbed me for the crucial time. Maybe we can get together in a couple of weeks - perhaps with that potluck we were talking about. Sorry about the not coming and the short notice and all.

That's ok Ouise, I understand. To be honest, if I continue on this downhill slide with my health, there won't be a party to come to. I'll let everyone know by Sunday what my status is.

I want miniature cheeseburgers!

Loved the axe fighting, but that axe was not an ancient, pre-Christian relic. It was made by John Deere. I suspect it may be part of a tractor.

When I first laid eyes on it, I thought, "Hey, isn't that something stolen from the Power Rangers set!?"

Happy Belated B'day Megan! And get well soon. :)

Oh, and I'm thinking that the Scythe is only named such because of the whole reaping thing. 'Cept instead of wheat, it's demons.
