If the apocalypse comes, beep me.

Buffy ,'Selfless'

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

you'll be much happier - once the hysterical crying stops
Indeed! In fact, I think that just doing something about it has made me feel better.
HRM's vomiting is really quite common for that kind of surgery
The people at the hospital gave that impression. Once it was out, she really didn't seem distressed at all. Just really woozy. She even managed a bathroom trip mostly on her own.

I really enjoyed last night's Angel, especially the people-eating parts. Brrr.

CONNOR: What happened to those people?
JASMINE: I ate them.
CONNOR: Cool!

wow Ouise, that's very very brave of you! I hate my job and often think about going to beauty school to become a makeup artist because I think that would be ever so much fun, but I am a chicken. Here's jobma vibes for you finding something you really like, but not too quickly. =)

Hugs for Helen!

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Why do I always read whitefonted TMI stuff? Why?

Thanks for all the fish.

Glutton for information?

Megan, you'd run the risk of being a beauty school dropout and do you really want Frankie Avalon singing to you?

Thanks, Megan. I'm still giggling about making Jon read the TMI. hee.

Well, if I end up being the First Lady (or the Canadian equivalent) then it might not be so bad.

DAMN LEAFS! They are BUMS! UGH!

Thanks for all the fish.

The Leafs lost? Oh my god! That's one of the seven signs of the apocalypse! No, wait - that's business as usual. Carry on.

hip deep in pie

Wow, 'Ouise! Go you! I have job quitting fantasies. But they all involve lottery wins or the sudden deaths of heretofore unknown rich aunts for whom I was secretly the favourite.

I hope Helen is feeling better today.

A person's concepts should exceed their vocabulary, or what's a metaphor?

Go Ouise! Better to be happy than rich.

Megen, you could do worse than beauty school. After all, that's where Chuck Berry got his diploma.
