I'm so sorry, but if it makes you feel any better, my fun-time-Buffy party night involved watching a robot throw Spike through a window, so if you want to trade... no wait, I wouldn't give up that memory for anything.

Buffy ,'Get It Done'

Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness

[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Ok! Or you could borrow it later on. Whatever you like.

My brother is leaving on Wednesday for an indefinite time. He's going to Saskatchewan with his girlfriend (her family is there) and we don't know what plans are next. (I think they don't know either.) We had a goodbye supper for him last night. Felt sort of weird, not knowing when he'll come back.

BTW, did anyone go to the Paradise cinema fundraiser last night? Because my brother's band was playing there.

A person's concepts should exceed their vocabulary, or what's a metaphor?

Half-time show? Is that when the Freedom Foreign Legion comes on to the battlefield?

Why else do you think the U.S. Army maintains a marching band, if not for doing halftime shows?

Man, I'm sick if all the war talk down here. I should remind some of these rednecks when they go off on supporing the government that this is the same government that burned Richmond and called for Lee's surrender. See what they make of that.

Because they are jealous of the Musical Ride??

Missing in action since 2002...

Don't use the B-word.

(Actually, I guess they'd have a marching band too. But I'd still rather see the drum corps.)

Thanks for all the fish.

Well, what's the consensus?

I was expecting HoYay and instead got FreudYay.

Thanks for all the fish.

But I'm glad that we'll (hopefully) be getting a sane not-so-very-guilty Spike. Who will kill you if you annoy him. That's how I like him.

I think I liked it all except the Freud. But I really didn't like the Freud. Instead of being squicky, I was just rolling my eyeballs.

I almost convinced of Victor and Thessaly's Giles theory. There were times he was very Not!Giles.
