Zoe: What's that, sir? Mal: Freedom, is what. Zoe: No, I meant what's that? Mal: Oh. Yeah. Just step around it. I think something must've been living in here.

Thanks for all the fish.

Yes. He and his friend had brunch as well as coffee. I was concerned that Brian might not get home in time to bake Mecha's birthday cake (Cthuhlu shaped), but all ended well.

Thanks for all the fish.

Can you imagine Mecha's head exploding?

Not a party, no... Mecha and some boys came over to play D&D and since it's his birthday....

I hope you took pictures of the cake. You guys are pretty darn talented.

I'm still in my jammies - what a lazy day. It started at 4:30am when we called the Super because our neighbour, usually very quiet, was having a 1980s Power Ballad Smackdown. We heard it in our bedroom, with the door shut. Back to back Power of Love (Celine's version) and If you Leave by OMD was too much. The Super had to actually drive over here from the other building to get him to turn it down since neighbour wouldn't answer his phone. Luckily for us the Super thought it was fine to tell him that we called in a noise complaint.

Thanks for all the fish.

The Super told the neighbour it was you? Oooh, gonna make for bad blood?

We, in fact, did not take a picture of the cake as Brian feels it was not up to acceptible standards. Brian is a freak. He made the cake itself be swirling green and pink to simulate blood and guts.

Thanks for all the fish.

Megan, we can certainly plan for a Slap Shot viewing.

btw, I was able to smell/taste for about 3 minutes this afternoon. Maybe the flonase/aerius/allergy shot cocktail is starting to work a little bit.

Thanks for all the fish.

WOOO! And did you indulge in an orgy of smelling?

WOOO! And did you indulge in an orgy of smelling?

I took a big sniff of the incense that my secret santa sent me. Other than that, I had just finished breakfast and wasn't hungry so I didn't really take advantage of the situation. I knew it would be fleeting, but it gave me hope that my senses will return post-surgery.
