I actually liked Beer Bad (despite what the filk says). It makes me giggle.
Dawn ,'The Killer In Me'
Buffy 4: Grr. Arrgh.
This is where we talk about Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No spoilers though?if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it. This thread is NO LONGER NAFDA. Please don't discuss current Angel events here.
I love "Beer Bad." SMG found her niche as the Caveslayer.
I am deeply sad, as I don't know when (if? too horrible to think of) I'll get to see the last Buffy. I'm trying to get hold of my mom so she can tape it for me tonight. Otherwise I'll miss it completely, as I'm going home and won't see the Saturday broadcast here.
Number?
ETA: Huzzah! My first slumber nutting.
It's just sitting here...
Edit: Whoo! Double the slumbernut, double the fun!
Great. After 5 years, I finally work up the courage to post on the Buffista board and the damn show ends tonight.
And I swear to whichever supreme deity you may or may not worship and/or fear that I am not numberslutting.
edited to say: Whoa - double number karma. Cool.
Welcome Hobgobble. Pretty good unintentional numberslutting there, a double 1000.
I probably will. And be all by myself because of all the viewing parties (which I really can't do if it is the first time I see an ep- too distractable.)
I'll be around doing the post'n'watch, sarameg. The Baltista contigent will be well-represented.
Welcome lurkers! The more shoulders to cry on the better.
AH and DB were on Craig Kilbourn last night
They were both awesome, but Kilbourn is so so bad. He can't even read a cue card. I doubt he has ever watched either show. Aly was cute as ever, and David was the best I have ever seen him. All manly man with the hockey and hardware talk. (bad hat)
I don't know if I will be able to watch and post but I will try. I am looking forward to seeing the captions because there is some stuff I didn't catch on the first 2 viewings. I have this notion I am going to watch this a record number of times.
sobbing again
Can I just say 'Woo'? And maybe add on a bit of 'Hoo'?
The paper's published! I can go home!!!
I was so worried. We normally publish an 80 page paper - no sweat. But this week, we were 120 pages, which involves 2 press runs...and a lot more time. Last time we published a 120 pager, we were done at 8:30.
As production nazi manager, it's my job to make sure the paper gets printed on time.
To make a long story short, I threatend severe repurcussions to anyone who could possibly make me miss the Buffinalie tonight.
And I made it perfectly clear to everyone here that severe repurcussions would involve duct tape, string, a goat, vaseline, airhorns, 4-week-old shrimp, and a ferret.
Apparently it worked.
I am going home now.
See you soon.
Just looked at the screen caps -- DB with Stanley!
And on that note, I'm leaving in a bit to buy bread for the mother of all Buffy dinners.
