They know it's not Tara. Why they chose NOT to put a picture of the actual kiss they're referring to is beyond me, as it's a much less annoying kiss. Due to the desire to kill being lower.

She was Iyari Limon; Amber Benson is another actress kissed by Ms. Hannigan in the series.
