OK, the Angel thread has me missing both BUFFY and ANGEL and now the Buffy thread is making me miss Phil Hartman. And I wasn't even a NewsRadio watcher (though I've enjoyed it when I did).
Buffy 4: Grr. Arrgh.
This is where we talk about Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No spoilers though?if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it. This thread is NO LONGER NAFDA. Please don't discuss current Angel events here.
My brother is left-handed, and he developed a habit of noticing left-handed people on screen.
Heh. I do this too. Bart Simpson = left-handed. Lisa Simpson = Not.
I think left-handed people tend to be more ambidextrous than right-handed people. And not just because we've been forced to live in a right-handed world. (not that I have research on hand to back that up) I cannot write with my right hand and I can not use scissors with my left hand. I'm kinda a spaz with either hand and I have terrible handwriting. I'm much more ambi than dextrous.
I can write with either hand, but generally write with my right. I have, occasionally, forgotten which hand I generally write with (when I need to sign something and I'm in a hurry), as it's not the hand I generally do other things with.
My mouse side switches depending on how my wrists are feeling.
I slid cheerily into art class after having thrown out my right shoulder, expecting to be let go back home. Teacher sat me down and had me draw the model with my left.
It was very interesting -- I don't think there's any point me trying to work with detailed media with the left hand, but the result with charcoal was much more expressive than with my right, and less anal. In fact, something of a goal.
I'm a lefty! When I have a watch I usually wear it on my left wrist. I think. Because it feels odd otherwise.
I also use right-handed scissors. Which is good because most of the time that's all there is.
And in other news Alyson Hannigan may be on ABC.
God. Is Jennifer Love Hewitt still trying to launch a star vehicle for herself?
I wonder what Alexis Denisof is up to. Now that Tru Calling has been canceled for good, I wonder if there's any hope for my devoutly-wished-for Wes & Faith & motorcycle on the road spin-off in post-apocalytpic America. I mean, OK, so Wesley's technically dead and Joss is not writing for TV any more and Mutant Enemy has been disbanded, but those are, like, small obstacles, right?
Hewitt plays an up-and-coming producer who unwillingly becomes an on-camera reporter on a sports TV show. Hannigan will play the reporter's best friend. O'Neill co-stars as the show's executive producer.
Feh. Second banana to Jennifer Love Hewitt!?! As if.

That was my first reaction, too. But then I remembered how "the best friend" usually gets the best lines and my glass was half full again.
She's totally going to steal the show!
I have no doubt about it.
Plus, if the show goes anywhere, maybe hubby can make some appearences.
Although if they put him on as a love interest for JLH I might have to throw something at the screen. If I actually watched it, that is - I'm not sure AH is going to be enough.
