I'm going back home to Texas this weekend for Memorial Day weekend;ever since college, every time I go down there it's like I take my delicately timed and catered (not to mention limited) budget and SPLURGE on things I could easily buy here in Northern Va. but always hesitate on buying. As if it would be all that much cheaper in south Texas.
That means...
HELLO Seasons 1, 3, 4, 5, 6!
How are the extras on the S6 DVDs?
I got my Season 6 DVDs today!
I got a rock. *sigh*
Damn me being all busy this weekend and not checking my e-mail. I forgot to update my Amazon account when I got a new credit card and so my delivery is going to be delayed. /whiner
I cannot WAIT to see OMWF in all it's DVD glory. I think I wore my VHS copy out months ago. S5-S7 aren't my favorite, but I must have the entire collection.
Mmmmm.... Season Six... in my hand...
Haven't checked out extras. Can't right now. Have to write an essay before class.
I think I should have mine tomorrow. Well, they left the Chicago suburbs today so should be delivered tomorrow (keeping fingers crossed).
Timelies all. Skipped to the end to post this. I'm sorry if it's an x-post; I'm just a visitor here.
I came across this today and thought I'd pass it along.

Buffy ranks as one of the Top 25 Cult Shows of All Time.
But TV Guide calls
Buffy
a "vampiric soap romance".
I don't see it as a soap at all - totally different category than Dawson or 90210.
(Still, Number 3 Cult Show is a good.)
Joss saw elements of BtVS as soap. He built them in on purpose.
I guess I can see that. I'm just not used to soaps having substance.
