"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

USA Today lists "Hush" as one of the scariest episodes of any TV show.

HELL YES. Those Gentlemen were cree-pee!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Good choice, though I think that individual moments in "Lie to Me," "Surprise," and "Forever" exceeded anything in "Hush" for sheer creepiness.

Also, for X-Files I think "Home" kicks the ass of "Squeeze" any day of the week and twice on Fridays.

"Helpless" is my scariest Buffy ep.

"Home" isn't scary, it's just fucking gross.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

No, I think Home is scary. Well, creepy. And I'm scared of creepy things.

Well, creepy. And I'm scared of creepy things.

And yet, there's the whole Frankie Muniz thing. HIM I find creepy. And, yes, I probably mispelled his name.

Up with the sun

The Dawn sequences in "Conversations with Dead People" were really scary for me.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Scariest BTVS moment EVER for me? S5 -- is it "Tough Love"? -- after Glory brain-sucked Tara -- Floaty!Black-eyed!Willow's entrance to Glory's penthouse. Scared the crap out of me. I almost couldn't watch it.

Possessed Anya with the knife in AFTER LIFE. That freaked the crap out of me.

Always Anti-fascist!

Tara getting brainsucked. Dawnie alone in the house with maybe NotJoyce. Giles coldly filling up the syringe in "Helpless"
