Also, Crush, because my-oh-my, that B's still so bad for rejecting the poor woobieSpike in some circles.
I kind of wonder what I'd think of Crush now. Buffy slamming the door in Spike's face was one of my very favorite moments in the series, but I suspect I wouldn't enjoy it as much now given that Spike turns out to have been right all along.

Maybe it's me, but I heard it that way on the original showing.
I probably did too, but that? 4 years ago.
It was on, I laughed, I posted.
You guys is crazy. Meloves S5!!!!!
Super sekrit message to Sophia:
S5 is my favorite.
Super- seekrit message back to Gloomcookie:
Me too!!!
Hails yeah! I'm loving heading back through the eps. I love them so. And just to show my tastes are sometimes the opposite of my Buffista brethren, Fool for Love is my least fave S5 ep.
I usually rank S5 last, even though it has some (FFL, Triangle, Checkpoint, Blood Ties, Intervention, The Body) of my favorite eps. But what was disappointing about the S5 DVDs were the lackluster extras. With the exception of great commentary from Doug Petrie on FFL, bless that man. Commentary spoiler:
Everytime I see Joyce's bed in a scene from now on I will think of him sleeping there in between mad writing sessions.
It is unfair that I had just watched the Firefly DVDs which are chockfull of extra-y goodness (and represent a whole different creature than a series in its 5th out of 7 seasons) a week before though, I guess.
I started watching in S5, so I can't be objective about it. Am rewatching in order; I got up to FFL last night, so I have 15 eps to go.
Seeing Out of my Mind made me get the Riley hatred. That episode is very, very bad. I also now understand why so many people wanted Dawn to die at first -- they were making her annoying on purpose, but still, ANNOYING.
Also, did anyone else notice that during Family, Allyson Hannigan seemed to have a zit or something on her right cheek? She's still gorgeous, but I wonder how big it must have been to show through the makeup.
And Amber Benson = gorgeous.
Oh see, I liked
Out of My Mind
this time out. I've only gotten that far, I think. I've found S5 pleasantly surprising. I know the arc falls aparet, but I've enjoyed the episodes, themselves. I put off watching it for a while, too.
Scott--so far--won't watch the
Firefly
DVDs (that he bought, for heaven's sake).
