Now we're saving a vampire from vampires. I got two words for that -- Nuh and uh.

"God...my brilliance is now becoming a bit of a burden...get back to me." Dr. Cox - Scrubs

My favorite UC ship would have to be Moses and Cain.

Wonder when they will finally give Moses that fucking spinoff that we have been promised.

Guys, guys, guys, you're not giving the Big Guy enough credit. Sure, He followed up that great one-two punch of Genesis and Exodus (Creation! Floods! Lot offering his daughters to the mobs! Egypt! Battles!) with the really poorly conceived Leviticus-Numbers-Deuteronomy arc--really, too much backstory, nobody cares about the begats, sweetie, and the laws!--but He finished that season up really strong with the Kingdom of Israel and all the Kings.

Esther was such a great season opener, too. And, really, don't we all have copies of that great Job musical, especially when the Boss Himself did that amazing song about Leviathan and the rest?

Granted, when the Israelites got carted off to Babylon, all the prophets got hard to follow, but, really, I'm an early season fan myself.

But after the Flood, the first season really jumped with the cast bloat of all those Potential Pariarchs (Almo'dad, Sheleph, Ha'zar–ma'veth, Hador'am, Uzal, Diklah,) who just clutttered up the cast and took time away from the core cast.

And what was the idea of having them just talk about the Tower of Babel, instead of showing it. Yeah cheaper, but if would have been the only major F/X between the Flood and The Parting of the Red Sea (and we never saw it!)

I heard they had to cut the effects budget to get renewed. Tromping through the wilderness for several weeks only required going out to that dry lake bed near San Berdoo.

Take your fingers off it, don't you dare touch it, you know it don't belong to you, to you...

It sucked how my favourite Potential Patriarch Almo'dad got killed in the finale.

But didn't Christopher Lee make a great Elijah? Smiting and cursing and fleeing and all that.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Then there is the whole "Unicorn got left behind by Noah" retcon.

LOL! Did y'all get that "Almo'dad" sounds a bit like Amanda?
