We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Or maybe it just coordinates with all of Angel's outfits.

well, black goes with anything but I could see the yellow jasmine-thrall shirt as being a challenge. i'm sure db would give it a go, though.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I took that to mean the last of the "original" pure demons that walked the earth. I think it's fair to exclude the sequels (Son of the LastPureDemon? Abbot and Costello meet the LastPureDemon?)

Feh. I refuse to be placated. *g* It's like As You Were, where the more I think about it, the less it makes sense. (For months after AYW, I would find myself saying "And another thing that doesn't make sense, how come..." until Paul got sick of hearing it.)

It's a remora, dimwit.

They might have been able to save it if they'd had Buffy ask why they'd waited so long to give her this important information, and Old Lady What-the-Hell could have made some excuse like her power is tied up in the axe and when the slayer doesn't have it, she can't manifest, or that she only comes out of hiding right before final battles with pure evil, or even that she wanted to wait and see if Funny Cide could get all three wins before risking her life to talk to Buffy.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Okay the thing about JM's hair: it wasn't even remotely cool to have a big ol' fro like that when he was in high school.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Okay the thing about JM's hair: it wasn't even remotely cool to have a big ol' fro like that when he was in high school.

What can we say? He's always been bad.

Well, he's about my sister's age, and all her (male) friends who could grow them had them. The Big Old Late 70s Welcome Back Kotter seemed to be all the rage. (There are also many pictures in her yearbooks that bear this out, and indicate an unforunate amount of man permage going around at the time.)

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Where did JM grow up?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Modesto, CA. And I'm vaguely embarrassed that I know that.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Did his "real" voice bother anyone else during the A&E thing? Everytime he came on the screen and started talking, he wasn't so...Spike...anymore. Did not likey.

OK. I'm the same age as JM (I think). I've no idea what was hip in Modesto but in Manhattan, where I grew up, that look was 5-10 years behind the times.
