Strawberry disappointment.

I miss The Mayor.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

He was (famously, in my circle) also the Secretary of Some Damn Thing, i.e. the guy who has to stay away from the Capitol during the State of the Union address, so that if everyone there dies at least government can continue, on West Wing. It was, how you say, incredibly creepy and sort of cute at the same time. He was nice and didn't mind having to sit out Jed Bartlet's fist-thumping inspirationalism.

So - I re-watched Dirty Girls last night. Does anyone have any memory of what happened to Shannon - the girl who gets stabbed by Caleb in the truck - did they ever mention her again?

I don't think she died. I was just thinking of her getting abandoned in the hospital as everyone is leaving town...then finally getting imbued with Slayer-power, getting out of bed triumphant and really hungry - then being swallowed into the hellmouth. Kinda sad.

cereal to add:

I haven't seen anyone mention here that SMG placed 22nd in the VH1 countdown of the Top 50 Teen Idols of all time. I wish I would have known that she was in the Top 25 because then I wouldn't have had to sit through the first hour (though it's always fun to see how the Corey's do against each other - I think I remember that Feldman beat Haim). She beat the other cool WB kids: Holmes, Vanderbeek and Milano.

They showed decent Buffy clips - lots of Becoming II.

And - my god - has anyone seen Joey Lawrence lately? I guess he is on American Dreams. Man, he looks different. (She beat him, too.)

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

(I've seen a bit of New Joey Lawrence, because he is now Joseph, and he pretty obviously shaves his eyebrows. VH1 did a thing on him, maybe Where Are They Now?)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

It took me forever to realize he'd been a regular in Dear John.

Whoa! That's him. Huh. He was such a geeky dweeb on Dear John. Harry's damn good. I've always loved hearing Eliza talk about their acting rapport and how he worked with her, and how much she learned from him.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I was a huge Buffy fan before I got the job. But I didn't watch from the very start. A friend of mine told me to watch, so I half-heartedly tuned in...and fell in love.

I wonder if this was scrappy.

I'm old school. Like Happy Shopper.

He was (famously, in my circle) also the Secretary of Some Damn Thing, i.e. the guy who has to stay away from the Capitol during the State of the Union address, so that if everyone there dies at least government can continue, on West Wing.

Hee, I remember me and my brother shouting at the television "No! Don't trust him! He's an evil, giant snake!" much to my dad's dismay.

I think I saw Larry in a Sara Lee hotdog bun commercial too.
