Buffy. When I saw you stop the world from, you know, ending, I just assumed that was a big week for you. Turns out I suddenly find myself needing to know the plural of 'apocalypse.'

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

The slayers awakening around the world was too awesome.

I was covered in goosebumps.

Seriously, Scola was sitting right here and I'm wearing a tank top and shorts-- there's a witness.

Kate, I read it completely as them drawing upon their memories of themselves, of who they were, of where they started from for an extra measure of...well, them.

Lizard! Hi! How's it going? Besides the devastation over the end of Buffy, I mean?

sarameg--that makes sense. Maybe I'll see it that way on rewatch.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Well, that was fun, and sad, and good.

Totally goes against my original series-ending scenario that I imagined a few summers back, in which, after the big-bad battle that narrowly averts another apocalypse, everyone is dead other than Jonathan (like I said, this dates back a few years--I was so bummed when Andrew knifed him!). But, I have to say, this was better. Seeing Buffy actually smile--well, that was just about perfect. Reminded me of how much I love seeing her have her belly-laughs, which were so rare in seven years.

THAT'S A SPRED ALTHOUGH SPREADING IS NOT RULED OUT IN THOSE SITUATIONS!

I LIKED THAT BUFFY SMILED. AND I LIKED GROWLY KILL THE FIRST BUFFY FACE WHEN SHE GOT UP! AND I LIKE PIE, AND ASSCAPS!
