To commemorate a past event, you kill and eat an animal. It's a ritual sacrifice, with pie.

Cindy, you were being missed by Hec today, just upthread

Thank you, Kat. I saw. (Hec always makes me cry.)

Glad you got to see it. With 300+ posts today, it would have been too too easy to miss.

Thanks for all the fish.

Kat, it seems that you are still upset with me over the whole deathmatch posting thing.

I did not mean to marginalise or minimise anyone. I am appalled that people have felt that way. It is so far from my intent that I am shocked that it has been taken that way.

I no longer post the matches. I am sorry that you ever felt marginalised.

What else can I do to atone?

Kat, another thing I didn't miss, but was never in the right place at the right time for, is to wish you and lori all the best!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I read all of this very fast.

Is the upshot that

a) Some people suck

and

b) Some people feel other people get their way too often

and

c) People need context to deal with the information in posts?

Or is my vision blurred from the hit to the head I suffered today?

Wait, no, there was one more thing:

I HAVE NO CRAZY NOTIONS.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

You missed the part where I imposed my will on Hecubus.

Re the FAQ;

IS there anywhere that we can put the sBuffista Stortroopers that we used to have heading the WX forums? They were so mch fun, and while I understand the bandwidth prblems, I wish people would see them through the FAQ if they wish. They link us with our history, I think. (also, I had fun learning photoshop to make the Buffybot!)

There's absolutely nothing to atone for. I'm not upset at all anymore. I was upset at the time. I voiced my upset and I was done. I felt bad and I figured out what I needed to do to feel better, which was just basically stating what I felt so I did it.

I'm bringing it up because I have been looking for a recent concrete example when I have had an issue that was dismissed as a personal annoyance, as Rafmun had noted.
