Kaylee: So how many fell madly in love with you and wanted to take you away from all this? Inara: Just the one. I think I'm slipping.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

From my perspective, this discussion has simply reinforced my impression that the vast majority of the posters here are genuinely good, kind people but that a very select few are...well, not.

Huh.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I also miss Karl. And Rob. And Knut.

Do you still see him Juliana? If so say Hi for me.

I don't. He moved to Chicago and disappeared into the wilds of his magazine (but he's doing very well).

YWrongHeadedCrackpotMayVary.

This is a pretty great board. It still can't be all things to all people.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I miss Rob and Karl, too!!! Rob has been my computer savior so many times and has made me look like a genius to my cow-orkers. And Karl is sweet and kind and good.

Mostly I am with Betsy in that I do see a shift in tone, but I think it is general crankiness of the world rather than people who do not have good hearts. I sure am cranky lately.

I also want to share that the GO14 kerfluffle, while hurtful to me at the time, and the cause of much crying on my part, actually was a real learnng experience for me, a people pleaser. It was good to be abe to stick with my opinion, try to see all sides and yet still not please everyone. Because I can't.

Now see, THAT is funny. Because it's true.

From my perspective, of course.

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

And again, your list may vary.

ETA: or overlap.

I am shocked, simply shocked to hear there's gambling at Rick's a few people in the community other people just can't stand.
