Handsome brooding vampire guy has to swoop in all sensitive mouth and overhanging forehead. How 'bout leaving some scraps for the homely-looking fellows who don't turn evil when they get some?

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Actually, I expect there are lots of people (possibly not on this board) who don't know who the showrunner for Wonderfalls is. But they may be smart people with good things to say, and seeing a thread titled "Minearverse" will not help them find the right spot for discussion.

I'd kind of assume that, if somebody is looking for a place to discuss Wonderfalls, and has come to a board that's about Buffy to look for this place, then they already know all the middle steps connecting Buffy to Wonderfalls. But, I don't see any harm in changing the slug of Minearverse to reflect it.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I changed the slug.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I wonder if Tim feels slugged?

Well, maybe slug ish

Up with the sun

I think if there is a vast groundswell for Wonderfalls, and it looks like it will survive, and it is enough of a discussion to overwhelm Natter and/or the Minearverse, then it will be time to talk about it having its own thread.

I was thinking that if that happened, the Minearverse thread's sequel could have a Wonderfalls title, to be morphed back into Minearverse if Wonderfalls was canceled or whatever.

Surely this isn't a large enough group to worry about

Maybe not on this board. But there probably *are* people who might know who the showrunner is, but have forgotten or didn't notice that the thread has been created. And if I were in that group and looking for a place to discuss Wonderfalls, my first instinct would probably be Natter, not Minearverse.

Anyhow, changing the slug makes sense, and thanks to Jon.

(And I have typed Tim's name so often int his post, it has ceased to make sense.)

Got it, Steph. If a little messily.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

And you're making the Canadians hungry...

Nattery side note, but Tim Horton's just bought out all the stores that were owned Rhody's second largest donut franchise as part of that company's bankruptcy settlement. It'll be interesting to see if they switch brands. I'm hoping they do, because the other company had the world's worst donuts.

Not javachik

9000 in Natter; just wandered over to see if new names were being bandied about.

I skipped and skimmed, but I'm in favor of deathmatch notices in Press. I'd never, ever, ever see that they are happening otherwise. IIRC, there were multiple posts in a day? half day? hours? (not going to look, sorry) over one of the holidays when there were only about 15 people on the board and it was a great way to get people to keep popping in there.
