Last time anyone said that to me, I was locked in a cage and being force-fed some very questionable shades of pills.

Er, not sure why I'm posting. Maybe it's just a bid to say that these kinds of moments don't really require a lot of soul searching. A well-meaning "oops, sorry, my bad" ought to suffice.
I'll cop to arguing less out of any investment in the thread title or the meaning of the word and more because I'm concerned about what precedent we set. We do often refer to precedent in later conflicts.
I suspect many of our arguments about seemingly silly things are at bottom about the principles involved. (For this argument? Where we draw the offense line. Spaz, yes; bitches, no.) And I submit that the quietness of this thread for the past 3/4 of the year or so is because all the conflict last year allowed us to articulate what principles are important to us, though this is certainly arguable.
It's all good, Rafmun

And some of us learned to keep our mouths shut on the little things.

I didn't mean to imply that I found the issue silly. I don't, and I apologize if sounded dismissive.
I didn't think you did, Burrell. Sorry for implying otherwise. I should have said "seemingly simple things."
