I'm a vision of hotliness, and how weird is that? Mystical comas. You know, if you can stand the horror of a higher power hijacking your mind and body so that it can give birth to itself, I really recommend 'em.

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

Misha, didn't he at least get you the mumblemumble t-shirt?

No. He slapped the hat on my head at a cocktail party, where it was much admired, and I have occasionally worn it since on Greenmarket mornings when I couldn't bear to wash my hair before going out. No T-shirt. But I did get Vol. 2 of HDAS.

Not javachik

Hi, I heard about this in someone's LJ post and wandered over here. It sounds really cool! I was wondering if only the past archived threads will be used, because of the knowing-you're- being- observed- changes- the-behavior thing, or if upcoming threads will be added to the corpus too. Or once it's dead, then it can be dissected.

I think we will only use the archived threads.

Also, the body to which we would be sending this info has started a LJ! We're thinking that you can friend the LJ and then they can use your posts. Cool, huh?

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

And how would we find out who this LJ is? Huh, huh?

If I only had a brain...

But some Buffistas, I hear, do not have LJs. Or so I would have heard, were there a backchannel. Oh, wait. I can't hear those Buffistas because I have backchannel and they do not. Nyah nyah nyah, and keep banging those rocks together!

All is well that ends in pizza.

I see there's a Buffistas LJ.

Very cool. How would one go about finding out the name of this lj? Profile e-mail is good, and my lj name's amchau.

I can't hear those Buffistas because I have backchannel and they do not.

For general information, lj have removed the invite code thing. It's now much easier to get an lj should you desire one.

As soon as I teach the organizers how to use LJ, I'll send around an announcement. I'll also have it posted in the linguists and lj-nifty ljs.

(I just have to set up a dummy LJ for my linguist-self first, as I don't want my linguist colleagues reading my LJ.)

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I'm confused about the linguist LJ thing -- are we friending them so they can use our LJ posts, or our Buffista posts?
