Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

I sent an email to Dani last night, but if it turns out I was too late I'd love to take part in a Slacker exchange.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Um - is the secret santa thing different from Dani's prezzie exchange?

Because I'm already on that one. But is this one separate?

Our wings are not tired.

I know Dani was still accepting and matching over the weekend because that is when this slacker sent her mail. She responded Saturday.

eta: same thing deb

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Dani is still taking names, I've just been assigned a giftee.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Also, will we have a "Goodbye, 2003" thread, like the previous two years?

I was wondering the same thing myself. It was nice to have a place to exchange recipes, coordinate holiday plans, and let your Secret Santa know that your gift was received and appreciated.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

We usually do that early in December. (I was thinking the same thing, so I checked.) Probably best to wait until after we make the move to the new host.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I'm a slacker, you're a slacker, who's a slacker too?

Swouncing

According to Dani "Sunnydale Press" Nov 10, 2003 1:18:59 pm PST :

I've decided to just declare an arbitrary cutoff and pass any more names on to Nilly.

I got no names at all, so I don't think anyone has been missed. I've e-mailed Dani and will post in Press once I know exactly what's going on.

I'm deeply sorry for the confusion.

Visilurking

Related to nothing, I just found out some really delicious Angel casting spoiler news and I realized that I have no safe harbor to disseminate it and discuss it without being exposed to hard core spoilers. My question really is, when can we propose to re-open the sadly defunct spoilage light thread?

Please note, this is not a proposal. I just wondered if someone could give me the exact date, under the current rules, when we could discuss opening the thread again.

ETA: After a quick glance at Voting, it looks like we closed the thread around August 24, 2003. So is it February 24, 2004 that we can first propose a reopening?

And as a follow-up question, is there anywhere else, other than Angel Spoilers, that we can discuss Angel casting spoilers, maybe in whitefont?
